Mini in the Keys!

Made a short trip to the Keys this week and decided to give the Mini her first 'road trip'. [p]Here she is sitting on a picnic table on the seawall at Parmer's Resort on Little Torch Key (Big Pine is in the back ground). Scared a couple of other guests that thought it might be an incendiary device and it was going to take off ;)[p]mini1.jpg[p]Here are four boneless pork chops, simply seasoned with S & P. About four minutes a side, at 400°, for these lil beauties and temp was up to 145°.[p]mini2.jpg[p]Here is my wife Sharon (on right), my brother Don and his GF Helen enjoying the wonders of ceramic cookery.[p]mini3.jpg
