Lamb dinner

Locally we have a group of four couples that take turns serving dinner, only once per quarter. Last couple did ribs on one of those gassy things. While good, not really up to egg standards but what can you say. We are next and I would like to do a Rack of Lamb type affair. Any ideas on sides, best way to do lamb etc.? Please include wine pairings. Thanks
