Lazy Sunday Cook...

Hot and windy here, and welcome sunshine. Been a long winter. For a lazy simple supper, got a pork tenderloin, rubbed it with garlic olive oil and Dizzy Dust, and cooked it somewhere around 300-400 on a raised grid on the Mini. So easy, so tender, soooo good.... :-)
