Hello all,

I'm smoking a small chuck roast tomorrow for pulled beef and I'm picking up blues hog sauce today. I'm getting a bottle of regular and red. Will either of these go with pulled beef?

Thanks

Regular Blues Hog will work great, I have not the chance to try the red so can't comment on that one.
I'll be smokin chuck roasts tomorrow for a batch of pulled beef, using Sweet Baby Ray's. Sweet sauce goes well with beef as long as there is some pepper kick, in my opinion.
Good luck, have fun and enjoy!

I'll be serving this at the Florida Sunshine State Eggfest next week.

Thanks. Great pics. Looks awesome. I have made pull beef a few times. I still haven't had pull apart real easy yet but it turns out tasty.
    Have a good tomorrow.

We just made your recipe for a big get together last weekend. It was a HUGE hit! I'll follow my nose to your Egg at the Eggest--see you there!

What recipe are you using? I've used Clay's recipe many times and it always comes out great - pulls apart very easily.
