How far ahead can you put these things together? I've got an event tomorrow at noon. Can I split the jalepenos, brown the sausage, stuff and wrap them ahead of time, as in 14 hours ahead of time?

I don't see why not, as long as you keep them refridgerated.

yup! I have even cleaned and de-seeded my peppers 72 hours in advance and assembled the ABT's 48 hours in advance! Key is keeping it ALL sanitary IMHO using food safe disposable gloves and keeping them refrigerated. In fact I believe my ABTs are far safer for consumption than those I see being made "fresh" at eggfests!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
