Cooked some fantastic peppersteak on the BGE last night.
The recipe came from The Pioneer Woman (http://thepioneerwoman.com/
). I could just drink the marinade/sauce all by itself, it is so good.
The only detour I took from her recipe (other than the BGE) was that I used Shaohsing rice wine instead of sherry.
