triehle hooked me up with several, 3 inch thick dry aged ribeyes yesterday. Rubbed with Cow Lick and threw them on the medium tonight at 700 degrees for the sear. Ended up with a nice rare steak that was unbelievable in flavor. You just can't buy steaks like this. They were off the hook good, and I believe the best ribeyes I've ever cooked.
