This is very rich but oh so good. It is pretty simple and contains spinach, onions, mushrooms, smoked Gouda and Havarti,crab,4 eggs, heavy cream. On the egg at 350 ish for about 90 minutes

pretty much as stated, spinach on bottom then mushrooms then onions, push down so it is pretty compacted. layer of crab, this is 16 oz. layer the cheeses throughout, whip the cream and eggs and slowly pour over the whole thing to the top of the pan you are using. 350 ish for 90 or so minutes. let rest to cool off and slice and enjoy...

i have used pastry crust on the bottom and have also mixed 1/2 cup of bisquick with the cream and eggs either way it comes out OK.

    Looks really good!

What kind of pan/dish was it in? Simple pie pan? Glass or metal? How long for pre-heat?
