Grilling pineapple tonight for the first time. I am going to use DP Pineapple head.
How should I slice it prior to cooking? Also, how is it best cooked direct or indirect at what temp?
Thanks

I usually cut mine about 1/2 to a 3/4 inch. I did some earlier this week. About 350 dome direct.

Any way is good. I cut mine in pie shape, cut out the core, slice part way through and cook direct. Have also done it indirect depending what I cooked before.
