I cooked a few things today and they were all great but not sure they all went together...you decide.
Oriental meatballs were an appetizer(ground pork with gr onion, ginger & other stuff)
Made and ready to cook
On the small BGE at 350 for 30 minutes then sauced and cooked for 15 more minute
I sliced some sweet potatoes and cooked them on the small BGE with DP Pineapple Head
Then I fried some Halibut encrusted in Panko also on the small BGE...I am not a fan of fish but this was deeelicious.
Plated with cole slaw...
and it is spring in GA
I hope you enjoyed the pics....

Everything looks great. What type sauce for the meatballs?
-
Ron,
It was a mixture of rice wine vinegar, lite soy sauce, tomato paste, honey, sesame oil, Tabasco sauce & red pepper flakes. I divided the sauce and used it as a glaze and a dipping sauce. I will do these again...and again. -
Yum. I haven't done much of that type thing. I need to branch out.

We washed, cut & dried the fish then put flour in a zip lock bag and dropped the fish in the bag to coat real well. Then scrambled 2 eggs with salt & pepper. Then dredged the floured fish in the scrambled eggs and then rolled the fish in Panko. Pressed the Panko on the fish and put in the fridge for 1 hour so it would set.
The coating stayed on real well and it was very crunchy. -

Kim,
That all looks great! -
Paul this wok is 14" wide handle to handle. We have had this wok for years. It has a separate base that sits right on the burner on a stove. We use it on the small BGE a lot as it sits on the edge of the small just perfectly. It pops popcorn just great.

I like it Kim!
