Always room for more ribs!
What happened with the two nearly separated ribs at the big end? Did they turn out O.K., or did they get dry? I've never tried separate ribs, but wonder if that would spped the cook up. -
How do you like that Fischer and Weiser? I've used a few of their other flavors and they are pretty good.
Nice looking ribs!Knoxville, TN

Ribs are always a good cook.

My turn is coming I hope. Enjoy your weekend.

I've used one of their sauces on pork tenderloins in FL, but can't recall the specific variety (might have been something with raspberry). Applied it during the latter part of the cook and it worked wonderzz!!

Al, I've never seen that label and I can't read it. What is it? Ribs look good.Molly

I can't wait :P :cheer: -
Looks great Al.

If you count rib bones it looks like they are still in finnish cook. Just cut them part of the way threw so they cook alittle faster. Was whole cook direct I wonder?

The ribs look great HugryMan, I have use other sauces by them but not that one, I may have to.
Molly, the sauce is one by Fisher & Wieser a Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce. Their Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauceis very, very good! I have also tried their Charred Pineapple Bourbon Sauce (would be wicked on ice cream! Not hot) and Roasted Blueberry Chipotle Sauce, all very good, on the hot side for me but very good. They have a STORE FINDER. I know here in Florida where they are carried by Publix I have to hunt around to find the right Publix that carries them. They are pricey so be prepared for a little sticker shock. Sam's Club used to carry the Roasted Raspberry sauce in larger bottles for a much better price but discontinued it. Bummer! I liked the sauces at the table as I thought they lost some of their flavor on the grill. If saucing on the egg with these I would hold off until the last minute or so.
Have a great day,
Blair

I pulled them off and ate them.

The setup I have been using lately is: I use the spider and I cover a pizza stone with foil and put it on the spider. Then the grate. Depending on how much time I have, I'll cook it at 250 for a couple hours. Then I go to 350 for the finish. Being close to the foiled pizza stone I get a bit of crisp to the rib. I finish it with whatever sauce I feel like that day. I can cook them fast and have them come out good. Not fall of the bone mush, but a little firmer and easy to chew.

That's the only flavor I have tried. I like it a lot. Something different and real good.

Good on the fatties with Red Eye Express.

I think that was my first meal as an infant.
