Once in a while I still like to do these for snacking.
Jalapenos cleaned and stuffed with yellow cheddar.
Encase with your favorite sausage, here it is sweet italian.
on the egg at 350 until nice and happy.
Cool a while and slice

I'm with 2fategghead, what did you have to do that for? I don't have any sausage in the house! It looks real good, love the way they slice so nicely.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
