After 3 months of egging, I am collecting alot of eggcessories. Lump, Smoking Chips, Platesetter, various pans and tools, etc...
I am trying to figure out an efficient way to store everything. Lump and chips are in the garage, other items are out with the egg.
What works for you?
BTW.. I am in Maryland so I get a mix of Heat in the summer, plenty of rain and snow in the winter.

I have two storage units that each have 4 shelves in the basement. The lump is in a corner of the basement. The everyday cooking accesories like platesterrs, pizza stones, AR rigs are on the tables my BGE's are on which are outside but covered by an awning...
Lots of "stuff" acquired over the last 4 years... :P -
We found some plastic tubs at Walmart that have a blue lock on each end so they seal pretty tight. We bought several sizes to store trays, platesetters, etc. They hold up to any weather and are clear so you can see what's in them. Works great for us.

LOVE it! I knew there had to be a use for the "before the egg" grills.

Here are some pics from earlier with my "stuff". I straightened out some since then...

Just a thought, but I'll bet there are many, charitable organizations in dire need of a grill that would make some kids (or even adults) very happy...

That's why I haven't parted with mine.. they're still quite function in many ways, but not for storage.. 8 - )

I have a couple of patio deck storage chests/benches that I bought at Lowe's (you can see one, off to the right):
Inside of the bench, I have smaller bins for organizing my egg stuff.BJ (Powhatan, VA) -

I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'

Thats a winner for sure... I've got very little space so going vertical is brilliant. Soon as the snow melts, gettin' me one of those.
Thanks

I have a large precariously-balanced box lid in the corner of the garage where I keep everything. It does get dusty dirty and spider-webby so has to be cleaned before I use anything. The lump just sits where I can fit it in.
In August, my oldest son is coming home to help me clean out and organize the garage, so I hope to get something a bit more functional going on. -
I use the upright storage loco_engr uses. Mine is a lot fuller though. I made my shelves deeper than the company reccomends. One drawbaack is that it does not keep out stink bugs.

My stuff is all over the place; laundry room, kitchen, garage, patio, even the dining room! Weber kettle stores extra grids. I live alone so there's no one to complain about the clutter.
Those Rubbermaid-type cabinets do look nice! Thinking about building an egg table with enclosed storage, but so far, just a gleam in my eye.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I like that one. And I have a perfect spot for it.

I have that EXACT same deck box... love it. Very sturdy and waterproof.
