Who's coming and whatcha thinking about cooking?

I will be cooking and bring my friend (Egg Parte) to his first Fest. He will be sous chef, but he doesn't know that 'sous' means "working your a$$ off, helper chef" :laugh: . He thinks it means 'drinking' chef. :ohmy: :laugh: :laugh:

If I can get my transporter built for my small, I think I will bring my Himalayan salt block to sear goodies on. Not sure what else we are going to cook.

We are looking forward to a great time!

I'm going to be there. I'm not cooking as I only got my first egg, a medium, just before Christmas.

i'm real disappointed that my wife can't get off work, allowing me to cook at the fest.... i was going to do italian meatballs, venision backstrap and grilled stone fruits.... was going to add a couple things to that, but got the news i'd have the kiddos alone. i too had a 'sous chef' lined up. he was real stoked and disappointed to find out we wouldn't be able to do it. he's the president of our homebrew club, so i'm sure he thought the job was mostly 'drinking chef' as well!!!

so.... i'll be dragging the kids along for a bit and doing some tasting.

hopefully there will be a 3rd annual, as i'm really bummed about not being able to cook.

we will try to make the meet and greet the night before.

Clark, Angel and I are looking forward to seeing you again. We'll be doing our "Bone-In Pork Chop Sandwich" for the main dish and I'm sure we'll be doing a breakfast treat of some kind. I'm bummed that you're not cooking, Jason. I was really looking forward to that backstrap.
