BBQ Tenderloin

Finally got around to trying Clay Q's Pulled pork Tenderloin. This is definitely a keeper!

DSCN1355.jpg On the Egg with Blues Hog Rub and hickory chips. After about 30 minutes, in the DO with a can of beer, Worcestershire, and some hot sauce.

DSCN1356.jpg 2 hours later it is ready to cut and pull.

DSCN1357.jpg Back in the DO with Blues Hog Sauce and Sweet Baby Rays. 45 minutes more on the Egg with more hickory for smoke.

    I shouldn't have looked, I haven't eaten yet and I have nothing in the house that looks as good as that pulled pork.
