Finally got around to trying Clay Q's Pulled pork Tenderloin. This is definitely a keeper!
On the Egg with Blues Hog Rub and hickory chips. After about 30 minutes, in the DO with a can of beer, Worcestershire, and some hot sauce.
2 hours later it is ready to cut and pull.
Back in the DO with Blues Hog Sauce and Sweet Baby Rays. 45 minutes more on the Egg with more hickory for smoke.
All ready to go!
Snuck on some pineapple to grill while the egg was hot
