Grilled Prosciutto wrapped Aspargus

Started with a 3.4 lb. Tri Tip seasoned with Richard's Holy Smokin Chipotle.
Seared on both sides @530*
Pulled @ 125* interior while it's resting for 10-min. I'll grill the asparagus.
Grilled for 3-min. a side @350*
This was a wonderful meal, especially the Asparagus.

Those are three of my favorite things. I see you have some upside down maters going. Be careful, my son had one and the hook broke. I have 12 maters in now, hope to get in a total of 20 this year.

I've made grilled asparagus with proscuitto quite a bit but never skewered them. That's a great idea. I put them on a veggie grill pan with holes in it.
They certainly are delicious, aren't they! -
