Mahi Mahi, Scallops & Veggies

I used some of the Chimichurri that I made for the flatiron the other day and grilled some Mahi Mahi. I added scallops coated in garlic butter and then some potatoes and Brussels sprouts.

Looks good! What temp did you cook the Mahi mahi at? Haven't had it since I left Hawaii, but the picture has me thinkingLarge BGE and a couple non-greenies

It was right at 350. I was shooting for 400, but the temp landed there and I went with it.
I was on a raised grate and did not even flip the fish. It had the skin on and it got nice and crispy.
I like this kind of fish well done and it went about 15 minutes. -
