Nice sunny day in Florida. Seemed like throwing a couple of pork butts on the egg tonight was the right thing to do. Added a wonderful rub from Dr. BBQ's book. Loaded the egg with fresh lump. Added some hickory, apple and cherry wood for flavor. Connected the BBQ Guru ProCom4 and ready to wait until tomorrow sometime to pull the butts and spread the joy around the neighborhood. I actually get phone calls for the neighbors asking if I am cooking butt!
