Last night I did 2 small Filets and a Rib-Eye for the wife and I. Rubbed with a mix of Tasty Licks RedEye Meat and Delmonico Steak rubs.

Took 2 potatoes and sliced thin, then with butter, smoked paprika , S&P and foiled. Also did some sliced onions in foil.
Sliced shrooms with butter in cast iron. White Asparagus seasoned with truffle oil, S&P. Finished with some béarnaise I made on the stovetop.

After I pulled the steaks, I threw 2 fire wires with Shrimp on. They were dusted with Dizzy Pig Ragin’ River.

Damn good all around!
