I just put in my order for the iPad2. I can't wait to see pictures of BGE cooks on that little bugger! Videos should be pretty cool too.

Torn between that and the Xoom. Want to have something mobile so I can spend more time on the forum and view my guitar lessons from my upstairs....neither has Flashplayer right now so, I'll just have to wait and see.
  • Im in my ipad right now, im getting an ipad2 tomorrow. I always browse the forum on the current ipad, if it had flash i would never use my desktop.

I'm really happy with my xoom. It will have flash soon along with 4g capability and it has a slot for an SD card. Slightly less expensive than the iPad. I've been an apple user since 1988 but have been very happy with the Android system.

I love my iPad. It rocks. My kids unfortunately like it too. Even my 1yo plays on it. I'd love the 2, but it's not in my future.

I use epicurious app a lot. Looks funny on my tablet but works great on the droid. They developed it for iPhone first.

Take care on the Droid devices. I was reading an article today that Google has found several apps that are compromised and removed them from the app store. One was even d/ling other apps and doing who knows what.

Edited to add- You will love your Ipad.
