Last Night's Dinner - Excuse the Terrible Pics!!

I am trying to make an attempt at taking more pictures. It didn't work out last night :( I always ask the kids what they want for dinner in the morning before work. Keep in mind, my kids are a bit different! The LIKE wild game. Yesterday they requested Elk backstrap kabobs with bell peppers, mushrooms & wild rice for a side. It tasted so good, I had to post. I promise better pics next time

BTW, tonight is Elk cheeseburgers

My kids are the same way! They'd rather have venison or duck than hamburgers or pizza! :ohmy: That just means we are learnin'em early!

At least you posted them and that's great. I'm a city guy (an old one at that :( ) so don't have a clue what that stuff taste like but hey, they are doing great with it and that's what counts.

The first step, as I have found, is to think about taking pictures before you even start the food prep. Lots of people on this forum are excellent at that. I tend to focus more on the food prep, cooking and then eating :P

I usually end up with a minimum of one in the freezer but more often, it's two. One from Colorado and one from AZ (if we get drawn in the lottery). Good stuff!
