Pork Chops Temp & Time?

I am about to put some thick porkchops on in the next ten minutes or so and was hopeing someone could give me a suggested cook temperature and time. They are not stuffed. Thanks!

Depends on cookin' temp. and thickness of the chops and how soon you want to eat... I like to do mine around 325 dome temp to an internal temp of 140. They're moist, tender and really nice. I typically rub them with my favorite and leave it at that....no sauce for me.

Ottersrylee, I sear my thick cut pork chops on each side and pull them at 140F internal temp.

Yes I do, its not great but I have a THerma pen on the way.

I have a little different setup than you but, you should get close like this. I let them get to 155F internal and they were still great. They don't have a lot of connective tissue so fast and hot is the way to go. Just work on a system. You figure out what you like. I like a nice sear but, for some the don't let it crust up much.
