I'm down here in Austin helping a buddy put up a fence. Checked out BBQ Galore's website and saw that they are having a class this week. "Prime Rib on BGE" dropped by there and registered, anyone else interested?

darn, I should pay closer attention! We bought out egg from them and they threw in a couple of free passes for any cooking class that we haven't cashed in (because I was waiting to catch a class dedicated to cooking on the Egg).
Maybe the success of this one will encourage them to do more of them.
