My first cook - chicken

For my first cook I wanted to try something easy.

Coated the chicken with evoo and dizzy dust.

It was great and very moist. My next attempt is going to be marinated pork chops.

    Salado TX Egg Family: 2 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max (I'm good for now).
