My first cook - chicken
For my first cook I wanted to try something easy.
Coated the chicken with evoo and dizzy dust.
It was great and very moist. My next attempt is going to be marinated pork chops.
Great first cook. Big taste difference with chicken on the egg. Nice work! Welcome
