Yum! Did you say you liked it a little ? :woohoo: Glad you enjoyed it!

Can I have that little strip around the edge. It is really the nastiest part of the cow and you shouldn't have to suffer by eating it.
-
Wow looks awesome, lucky me, my wife wants chicken tonight :(
-
You could've sent some down this way
-
Looks terrific, Dale's [been using it for years] and Raising the Steaks are exactly what I use for steak :P
-
The marbling looks exquisite. I just ate, but looking at those steaks is making me hungry again!
-
The marbling on those steaks is ridiculous!!! I wonder if not graded prime because of how thick the marbling is, versus thinner, denser marbling? Regardless, I have no doubt the marbling created a wonderful dining experience. Thanks for sharing!!!!!

Interesting post. I have noticed over the last year or so the beef has been much better. Maybe the institutional industry being down better beef in the stores? I don't know but I've been enjoying it. Those are perfect examples!
