As you can see the first 7.5 pounds went pretty quick. Cooked two since the egg was fired up. Into the frezzer it goes to be there for a quick and easy meal.
My thanks to Boston-Stoker for his very easy to follow instructions on using Imgur for picture hosting/sharing.

Looking good gs, working on mine for the day as we speak.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I asked the wife to get me a bigger meat fork for christmas. The average 2 tine models don't work for me. She had bear claws in her mind but wound up with these. They are from All Clad and are great both for holding meat while carving and using two to shread the pork. Very sharp tips BTW. Comes with rubber caps.
