Just couldn't keep this bottled-up any longer. This has to be the most underrated of the DP rubs. It really improves almost any meat, but we like it on eggs, pasta, and others. (Haven't tried it on cereal, yet). I'm going out today to find a fancy shaker for it, so we can just replace the S&P on the dinner table.

    I hear ya, Shakin the Tree is terrific, it's one of the more versatile Dizzy Pig seasonings at my house. Very good on all pork from ribs to roasts so this seasoning blend is a favorite and often used.

    I've been using Dizzy Pig Dust so far. Guess I should try Shankin the Tree next, and some other Dizzy products. I get my stuff at Patio and Hearth here in Alb. I think that's the only store in town that carries BGE and Dizzy Pig. According the Heat Source which is another bbq store there is going to be some sort of BBQ show the first weekend in March at the Sandia Casino. Might have to check it out.
