Well..i cooked the prime strips I bought the other day and I thought they came out great. Maybe not the very best meat I have ever had but probably the best I have had for $12.99/lb. I will be headed back to pick up some more this weekend. Butcher told me they are going to try and keep Prime in stock at our Costco on a regular basis.

Try dry aging the meat for a few days. Alton Brown has a good procedure for dry aging beef in the fridge.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

Their Choice Meats aren't bad either and they are a bit lower priced.
Either way, you can't go wrong.
