BGE digital remote thermometer

Its been awhile, but I am about to put a 10lb butt in the egg and I can remember how to set up the dang thermometer.....help

Not familiar with that number, googled it and came up with some lamps. I've got a ET-73bge sitting in front of me if that makes any sense.

I cant find the model number, but do you set the food temp fist and then the high/lo on the smoker?

On mine it doesn't matter you can set the temp for either at any time.

Yeah, since I did so much :whistle: , ha ha, hope the butt turns out ok, getting up early to put one on my self, but only about a 6 pound specimen.
