Visited my local BGE distributor this afternoon. Was looking for a new temp gauge. The dealer said to wait a week or 2. He said the new eggs are coming out with tel-tru thermometers. Also said the eggs now come with a stainless grill instead of the porcelain one. Anyone else know anything about this.

    Ran a couple of searches and couldn't find any references to it. Anyway.....does anyone know if the thermo is as good quality as any other tel-tru?

    Can't speak from experience, but if Tel-Tru puts their name on it, I would think so.
