Cooked up some mini Lobster tails and some tenderloins on the mini BGE last night. Turned out pretty good. Been putting the mini thru a workout the past week or so due to the nicer weather here in the DC area. The tails were split with butter and lemmon pepper added. The tenderloins were coated in Char-Crust and Tony Chachere's More Spice, Less Salt.
First photo is our new (3+ month old) Border Collie pup checking out the mini. Have already cooked up a few beef bones on the mini for special treats, so she gets real interested when it fires up....
