Had a craving for a hanger

So I dug one out of the back of the freezer the other day. Trimmed it all up and removed the tendon, you know, the one you could tow a semi with :S

then tossed it in a marinade of olive oil, soy and assorted spices for a couple hours

400° direct and pulled at 115, rested then sliced

sliced up the veggies while the wok heated,, hey bill there's mushrooms in there :whistle:

got everything happy before tossing on the meat with a little extra soy

ended up with a nice little pile of goodies

and served over some washed out rice :whistle: I know my photography sucks.

Guess I could almost call this comfort food, it really hit the spot.
