We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. tri-tip fajitas and grilled peaches.....

lucked up on a couple tri-tips today, so i decided to make fajitas....

rubbed the tri-tip down with some chili-lime rub with sea salt as well as some fresh cracked pepper. i used dizzy pig pineapple head on the peaches. oil and salt and pepper on the vegetables. grilled everything....
