Woke up feeling really bad this morning. Not sure if I've relapsed or what. Found my appitite around noon.
Shredded smoked chicken, hatch green chili, eggs, and smoked cheddar cheese.

Plated with garlic bread.Not pretty but tasty!

Banana blueberry bread. The only thing different I did this time was make my own buttermilk. It called for 1/2 c. I had soy milk, and added some white vin. the flavor was not as good as usual and, you can see, it didn't rise to the occasion. Might be old baking soda also. It's edible. :woohoo: ;)

    FWIW . . . :ermm:

    saw an espisode of America's Test Kitchen that tested the shelf life of Baking Soda & Powder and if I reminder correctly their results were that they both start to loose
    their effectiveness after 6 months. :ohmy:
