I went with ribeyes and red potatoes for first cook. Steaks with DP Cow Lick and potatoes with butter and Tsunami Spin. Turned out great.

I dont own a plate setter..I bought some landscaping stones and they work great! I put the stones on top of the grill grate, then paver, then drip pan then another grate and meat..works well!

Hey Chris, It will get easier and better. There is a lot of good info in that post I left you. If you can save it in your fav's then you can go back to it and check it out some more.

Already saved it, got alot to learn about pic's and cooking on my egg. But it is going to be fun and with everybody seems to want to help it can't be that hard :woohoo:
