Sunshine Fest- getting ready

Getting close and ironing out all the details. Tim and Michelle, Mike and Sabrina and Jim and Kay all came in to Melbourne for a meeting with the chamber of commerce, tourist development council and the hotel management to make this years fest even better than last years which was pretty damn good. After the meeting the Crowne gave us the banquet room for the day to check lists and stuff envelopes or anything else needing to be done.

Thanks Darian but I'm probably the smallest stone in the pond :laugh: Bunch of people put in a lot of time to make everything run smooth and I just help with the local stuff. The hotel really goes out of their way to make us welcome even though they have no problem filling the rooms at this time of year, even little things like today and making sure we have plenty of tables and a little extra light for the afterparty, discounts on the rooms and drinks. Last year they even hauled the rest of the keg to the parking lot for the party. You gotta make it over one of these times.
