First Pizza

Cooked our first pizza on the egg today. OK - it's one from Wally World but I spent all day building my garden shed so no time to make dough and all that. Anyway, the pizza turned out great. Crust was best I have ever had for a pizza fixed at home. We eat this type pizza about once a month and Wifey said it was amazing the difference cooking it on the Egg. I think she is beginning to like this.

Same reaction from my wife. First was "that's a lot of money for a grill". Now it's "oh wow".

I should of taken pics but......... I baked two Papa murphys stuffed pizzas, one cheese bread, and one dessert pizza on the Xl tonight. Turned out great!! Plate setter legs up with grid.Folding grid extender on top. 375 dome temp.First load,pizza on top grid,bread on bottom. Second load, pizza on top grid, dessert pizza on bottom. I used the paper trays that came with them .This was my first pizza cook. everyone loved it.
