Hello - finally broke down and bought a large egg. It's currently 27 degrees but i imagine i'll be out side assembling it shortly. Not sure what i'll cook first but i'm glad this resource is here.

My fisrt cook on my egg was a spatchcock chicken. It seems for most this is their choice. It's quick, easy and OH so good. You could also try some steaks. Good luck with your new toy but be warned you have just entered the BGE zone.Everyday is Saturday and tomorrow is always Sunday.

Good luck on lining up the dome and base. Just take 'er slow and don't get frustrated. If you run into assembly problems, take confort in the fact they have been made before. A quick search in the forum should help you out much! -
Ribs have been on for 90 minutes....so far it seems very stable temp wise...
