Made a couple pizzas this past weekend..
Made the dough and sauce...turned out to be identical to good NY pizza..

Sauce is a piece of pie...
28oz can of peeled tomatos
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of fresher cracked pepper
1 teaspoon if dried oregano
2 teaspoons of kosher salt
2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
Run it through the blender and heat it up for about an hour..do not boil...that is it! Tastes like NY style to me! -

These were on a medium egg with just a Pizza stone on the grill grates...nothing fancy at all..
