So a good friend from WI was here on SB Sunday, brought a bunch of WI cheez to try. Seems he "forgot" a hunk. Well, I inadvertently (on purpose) threw a bunch (all) of the hunks in the back of the fridge when he showed up cause the fridge was overflowing with food, we were trying to get all the beverages in the fridge, blah blah blah. Anyway, today while cooking the chicken what did I discover???? Hummmm...what is in that bag???...Hummm...
Yummmm...
So...being the type of person I am who can not let something delicious go to waste...it went onto the breasts...along w/other cheez of course so it could be disguised...
No Chez....
Before the heat...
Melted....Yummmmmy...Lunch tommorow baby!...Thx Cory
I think I have the pics in order.
Thanks for lookin...Hope everyone has a great week.

Smoked Gouda is my all-time favorite cheese. You should definitely try creating a pocket in the chicken, stuffing it with the Gouda, and wrapping the whole she-bang with bacon before cooking... mmmmmmmmmm!BJ (Powhatan, VA)

Big fan of smoked Gouda here. One of these days I'll try smoking some on the egg. Looks tasty!

BJ you go girl. Bacon is better :woohoo:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

That sounds really good...Only problem I have been cooking like a mad man since Saturday. Needed to cook the stuff before it went bad, cooked 4 hours to get rid of all this raw food! :( Had to make it simple!
