What is the material they are made from?

It says it's "FDA approved" so I'm guessing a light guage stainless steel woven wire mesh.

If it's not, you certainly could use that! I've got some at work...

There was some comment about handling it when it was hot and I got the impression it was non metallic - some sort of silicone?

  • They don't look metallic and they appear to fold too easily. Seems like a very useful product. I'd love to hear from someone on here after they use it to give a us a review.
