Cooked way too much, this is my 2nd brisket, much better this time...the first I would not feed to my dog if I had one...butt...all else was DELICH...thx to the BGE forum it was a success...Particulary a shout out to Third Eye, Hoss, Bubba Tim/Little Chef, and all the regulars who contribute, I know I have left some of you out, and I appologize in advance... Thank you! The EGG can do alot, butt the ones who give guidance really make this forum a success...ABT's, they rocked...(shrimp n mexican beef), pulled pork, tato skins, chicken wings, I really could continue. Again...thx to all who contribute. You are who make this enjoyable. Lots of pics attached.

It all keeps.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
