Saw some polenta at the store and decided to try it on the grill

All in all a great meal. It never ceases to amaze me how moist chicken is on the egg!

LOVE HdP. Great on chicken and pork!

I will not eat oysters. I want my food dead. Not sick, not wounded... dead.

  • The beer didn't last long for sure! ;)
  • Personally I would just drink the beer and do the same flavors but spatchcock the rascal. Have done them both ways and they both come out moist and flavorful, less clean up and easier handling of the bird IMHO. Cheers!
  • Looks great
  • nice cook!
