Oklahoma Eggfest Egg School Class Schedule Set!

We have 4 great classes on the schedule this year!

We will kick it off at 11:00 AM with MollyShark's Brisket Class back by demand...

At 11:45 AM, Big Green Egg 101 will be an informative look at the Egg and Eggcessories for all the newbies...

At 1:00 PM, Banjo Barry will teach everyone to make a perfect steak...

Finally, Big Daddy-OCT will present a class on smoking cheese at 1:45 PM.

Should be another great year of Egg School. See you at the Oklahoma Eggfest on April 16th!
