Rump tacos

Started with a 3lb. rump roast rubbed with my own red chile rub, on the egg indirect at 375, pulled at 135

Gave it a rest, then into the fridge for a few hours, slicedd it very thin and kept half for sammies later this week. the other half I chopped, then into a CI pan for a quick stir with chopped tomatoes, green chiles, onions, garlic and cilantro
