Yesterday at breakfast, the guy's asked if I wanted a steak for supper. I forgot about big lunch plans before responding in the affirmative. Needless to say by supper time I just couldn't do it. When I got off duty this morning I decided...why not. So I fired up the egg, rubbed with a little raisin the steaks and put er on til she was 120 in the middle. :silly:

I love t-bones....I eat the loin and leave the rest to my better half. We've decided that the perfect steak supper for two is a single very thick t-bone, cooked hot & fast on the Mini.

You had that for breakfast!?! The folks at the Adkins diet should put you up as their hero.
As for me, I hate traditional breakfast food, so I am looking forward to cooking me a nice filet for the "most important meal of the day." -
