Gotta agree with Carolina Q, That looks great.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

About 30 seconds turn, 30 more seconds and flip. Same on the other side. These were hot tubbed and they were supermarket cut. Turned out medium well. My family likes them that way.

I put the shop vac to it with the hose in the exhaust port. The steaks should have been thicker but they were very good anyway.
