Thanks for the ideas earlier. This is my first attempt at pulled pork and I thought the ClayQ version with tenderloins was a great idea. I followed the plan the best I could. Mostly ...... I did make a few adjustments, but that's what cooking is all about. I NEVER make the same thing more than a couple of times.

Just fit in my new Lodge D.O.
After 2 1/2 hours .. pretty tender so far
Pulled and mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar and Makers Mark BBQ sauce (and a little Sweet Baby Ray's)
The feast with some Coleslaw, beans and other such foods
After another 45 minutes with Pecan wood smoke
On da bun!!
