We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. From my friend WooDoggies "when life hands you lemons....." We had no electricity for most of the day Wednesday. Fired up the BGE for a pizza and the chiminea for some heat, poured some wine, and had a nice midweek lunch with my wife. Not a bad way to spend an unplanned day off.
