Richard Fl was generous enough to send some rubs to the Chicken Ranch for the Coop Christmas Party. I was fortunate to procure this packet before they all disappeared.

Last night we made some Lamb Pops using only this rub and pulled at 125 internal. What a really good flavor between the char and the rub.

Those look Great! I LOVE Richard's rubs.I gotta try lamb one of these days.I saw some frenched ones at Sam's Club the other day but when I saw the price,I threw them down and RAN! :laugh:

:laugh: ...I got these at Sam's...still about $5 to $6 a pound cheaper than our local grocery stores. Go for it some day, you've got the right rub.

Still have a partial and a full bag left and a pkg of racks in the freezer -- too bad guests next weekend don't eat lamb... Guess the following weekend will have to do
